“Help us break-in Listening Room with a special soft opening event. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit one of our great new neighbors, Heartside Ministry.”
Heartside Ministry provides a safe place for those experiencing homelessness and other life challenges by offering hospitality through educational opportunities, artistic expression, advocacy, pastoral care and a place to belong.

Folk musician Joshua Davis began his career in the late '90s as a member of the long-tenured roots group Steppin' in It, based in Lansing, Michigan. With the arrival of their debut album in 2000, Steppin' in It established themselves as major players in the Midwestern folk and roots scene, covering a variety of styles like Western swing, bluegrass, blues, and Americana. With Davis at the helm, the band toured the country, becoming a mainstay on the folk festival circuit.
